Smardt recently took part in the 2026 Smarter Services™ Executive Symposium, held September 14–16 in Chicago, where service leaders gathered to exchange ideas on creating more value for customers and growing their service businesses.
Gustavo Paredes, SVP, Americas & Global Services at Smardt, joined the panel “From Products to Promises: Delivering Commercial Innovation at Scale.”
The panel focused on how companies are evolving traditional product and service models, developing new service offerings, and finding better ways to support customers.
Gustavo joined Sasha Ilyukhin of Tetra Pak, Bryan Stevens of Schneider Electric, and Andrew Scherbauer of Smart Care, with each sharing perspectives from their respective industries.
For Smardt, the symposium was an opportunity to exchange ideas with other service leaders and contribute to the broader conversation around how service and customer support continue to evolve.
