Le Conseil voulait \u00e9galement une solution \u00e9conome en \u00e9nergie afin qu’ils puissent contribuer \u00e0 l’objectif de durabilit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de l’Exhibition Place, tout en maintenant les m\u00eames co\u00fbts d’exploitation et d’entretien (ou des co\u00fbts inf\u00e9rieurs).<\/p>

La conception initiale consistait \u00e0 remplacer les \u00e9quipements existants dans le b\u00e2timent par de nouveaux \u00e9quipements dans une configuration de toit, car l’emplacement et la taille du local technique central rendaient impossible le remplacement conform\u00e9ment aux directives du consultant du conseil.<\/p>

Direct Energy, un partenaire d’Exhibition Place, a \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9 \u00e0 examiner la conception initiale et \u00e0 formuler des recommandations pour atteindre les m\u00eames objectifs pour l’\u00e9difice Queen Elizabeth en utilisant une approche diff\u00e9rente.<\/p>

Les deux options ont \u00e9t\u00e9 examin\u00e9es en fonction de plusieurs facteurs sp\u00e9cifiques, y compris le syst\u00e8me m\u00e9canique, la performance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et le premier co\u00fbt. Un nouveau refroidisseur FatMax SMARDT compact, sans huile et \u00e0 vitesse variable de 180 tonnes a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 dans la chambre froide. L’espace suppl\u00e9mentaire gagn\u00e9 dans la salle m\u00e9canique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l’utilisation du refroidisseur compact a permis l’installation de nouvelles chaudi\u00e8res \u00e0 eau chaude \u00e0 haut rendement.<\/p>

Un syst\u00e8me d’automatisation des b\u00e2timents (BAS) \u00e0 la pointe de la technologie, bas\u00e9 sur le Web, a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9 pour contr\u00f4ler l’installation de refroidissement, l’installation de chauffage et les unit\u00e9s de traitement d’air. Ce syst\u00e8me s’int\u00e8gre avec d’autres technologies BAS dans l’installation. Il est \u00e9galement efficace en temps, car le syst\u00e8me permet aux op\u00e9rateurs de b\u00e2timent de r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes plus efficacement, de surveiller de mani\u00e8re proactive les conditions de l’espace et d’effectuer une journalisation des tendances.<\/p>
