La nouvelle coentreprise continuera de d\u00e9velopper les marques Smardt et TICA ainsi que les usines Smardt existantes \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al, Melbourne, New York, Guangzhou et Stuttgart, o\u00f9 une expansion imm\u00e9diate est pr\u00e9vue.
