Das neue Joint Venture wird die Marken Smardt und TICA sowie die bestehenden Smardt-Fabriken in Montreal, Melbourne, New York, Guangzhou und Stuttgart weiterentwickeln, wo eine sofortige Expansion geplant ist. Die bestehenden globalen Vertriebskan\u00e4le von Smardt werden ab 2019 um eine neue Reihe von TICA-L\u00fcftungsger\u00e4ten erweitert.
