K\u00fchlwassersystem in Te Papa hatte das Ende seiner Lebensdauer erreicht, und die K\u00e4ltemaschinen und K\u00fchlt\u00fcrme sollten ersetzt werden. Dar\u00fcber hinaus musste die neue Anlage den Wasserverbrauch des K\u00fchlturms minimieren und das Legionellenrisiko verringern. des Kaltwassersystems und optimiert den Betrieb der K\u00e4ltemaschine, des K\u00fchlturms und der Kondensatorpumpe, um den h\u00f6chsten Coefficient of Performance (COP) in Echtzeit zu erreichen. CPECS geht \u00fcber den traditionellen BMS-Steuerungsansatz f\u00fcr eine zentrale Kaltwasseranlage hinaus, indem es sichere Betriebsgrenzen definiert und gleichzeitig eine optimale Systemeffizienz erzielt. <br><br><\/p><p>Um dies zu erreichen, interagiert CPECS mit dem bestehenden Siemens Building Management System. Das System empf\u00e4ngt st\u00e4ndig Live-Betriebsdaten und liefert optimierte Steuersollwerte, die das BMS ansteuern kann. Das BMS steuert dann die Feldger\u00e4te, um die optimierten Geschwindigkeits- und Sollwerte zu erreichen.  <br><br><\/p><p>Neben dem Aspekt der Optimierung bietet CPECS auch eine Plattform f\u00fcr die laufende \u00dcberwachung und \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Gesamtleistung.
